RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

 

RETURNS

 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted EXCEPT WE WERE FIRST NOTIFIED OF SUCH DAMAGED ITEM IMMEDIATELY IT WAS RECEIVED.

 

If your item arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@printful.com  then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.  We advise that you contact us via lukewayneproductions@gmail.com before you initiate a return.

 

Returned items should be addressed to 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

 

 

 

REFUNDS

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  Then, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

 

 

EXCHANGE

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

We take full responsibility for the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
