SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders made and received before 4pm on week days are processed and dispatched on the same day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. However, orders made and made and received on weekends are dispatched the next working day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

www.lukewayneproductions.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customers (taxes, tariffs etc.)

 

DAMAGES

www.lukewayneproductions.com is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping UNLESS A REPORT OF SUCH DAMAGED PRODUCT IS REPORTED IMMEDIATELY IT WAS RECEIVED.
